Manufacturing Process: Wire Selection: High-quality steel wire is selected based on its tensile strength and corrosion resistance. Mesh Formation: The wire is either woven or welded into a mesh grid, with openings sized according to project requirements. Coating: The wire mesh is coated with a layer of zinc (galvanization) or PVC to enhance corrosion resistance and prolong the lifespan of the gabion box. Assembly: The mesh panels are cut and assembled into box shapes, with spirals or ties used to connect the edges. Internal diaphragms are added to reinforce the structure and maintain shape during filling. Inspection: Each gabion box undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the required standards for strength and durability before being shipped to customers.
